I'm Simon Lange. For twenty years I've built, delivered and rescued the digital health systems Australian clinicians work inside — national interoperability at the Digital Health Agency, electronic records across hospital networks, and the everyday practices where most care actually happens. That last one is where I started.
I'm not a clinician. That work is yours. Mine is everything that surrounds it.

Why an independent
You get the person, not the pyramid.
Most firms sell you a partner and staff the work with graduates. I don't have a bench to feed or a utilisation target to hit, so the person you meet is the person who does the work. That makes me faster, considerably cheaper, and willing to tell you things a firm protecting a follow-on engagement won't.
