The short version
Five things, before the detail.
- No patient information. I am not a healthcare provider and I do not collect, receive or hold patient or clinical records of any kind.
- No tracking. This site sets no tracking cookies and builds no profile of you. You can read every page without telling me anything.
- Nothing is collected until you choose to send it. The assessments score entirely in your browser. Your answers stay on your screen unless you ask for the report by email.
- Nothing is sold, rented or traded. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- Ask, and it's yours. Email me and I will tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
